There was a leader in world war 2 who had slaughtered 4 million people ruthlessly. His country has a colony! the food crop produced by the people of that colony were delivered towards the soldier of the country of that person, Surplus food for those soldiers used to rot ! But people of the that colony were starving to death they were denied food, that they themselves had produce! Pregnant lady Starved to death. Old man starved to death. Families committed suicide.
